One of prosecutor Carl Brizzi's right hand men is out of a job. Check fraud investigator Dan Constantino has resigned.
INDIANAPOLIS - Constantino is under investigation for providing false information on state vehicle inspection forms. He will also be a key witness this month in the criminal case against Perry Township Constable Roy Houchins.Houchins is accused of stealing two guns from the Marion County Sheriff's Department property room. Those guns were found by Fox 59 news stashed beneath a dumpster behind a southside restaurant in 2007.
