OSP changes monetary protocol in lieu of employee involved theft

A former Oregon State Police technician was arrested Friday and is facing a charge of aggravated theft.

57-year old Mark Matlick is accused of stealing more than $10,000 from a Klamath Falls evidence locker.

OSP released a statement on their new protocol in light of this incident.
