Burlington police arrest evidence technician

BURLINGTON

Burlington police are reviewing evidence from several pending cases after the department's evidence custodian was arrested on drug charges. The Hawk Eye newspaper says Scott Kuster was fired on Monday. Police Chief Dan Luttenegger says Kuster was arrested Saturday morning after two officers saw him smoking a marijuana pipe in a parking ramp behind police headquarters.
