Attention Ohio Agencies...The Ohio Collaborative Community Police Advisory Board recently released their policy statement for establishing standards for Property and Evidence Rooms. The IAPE standards available to IAPE Members is a great place to start when writing your policy. The policy references the 2018 Ohio Best Practices for Evidence Rooms which IAPE Board Member/Instructor Rick Meadows III helped write while at the Ohio Peace Officer's Training Academy.
